The Ultimate

Choice of two: pork ribs, 8 oz new York steak, fresh tuna or salmon or

boneless BBQ chicken breast.

Choice of three side dishes: fresh garden salad (cranberry cashews, mandarin, feta cheese and raspberry vinaigrette dressing), spinach bacon salad, fresh grilled

vegetables, fresh seasonal fruit, new potato salad, bow tie pesto pasta.

100 or more: $25.50 pp

Any ítems on this menu may be brought to you fully cooked and ready to eat.

For and additional $150.00, we will bring our BBQ on site to cook for your event, for up to four hours. This menu includes disponible plates, napkins, and flatware.

Additional servers are available at a rateo f $25.00 per hour per server for a minimum of five hours.

Sales tax and a 15% service charge will be added to invoice.
