red onions and a vinaigrette dressing) or greek salad

Choice of three side dishes: vegetable medley, green beans and bacon,

bróccoli w/ cheese sauce, fresh seasonal fruit, sliced cheeses, rice pilaf,

red potatoes or garlic mashed potatoes.

Choice of two entrees: prime rib, tri-tip, sirloin steak, salmon in a lemon dill sauce,

chicken italiano (asparagus, mushrooms, artichokes in a wine sauce)
