Fresh baked bread included as well as disposable tableware.

Choice of two entrees: chicken cordon blue with mornay sauce, chicken cacciatore, grilled chicken in champagne sauce, carved roast beef, sirloin steak, shrimp kebabs, pork loin in brown sauce, tortellini in alfredo sauce
Fresh baked bread included as well as disposable tableware*.

Selection 3:

Salad choice: California garden (mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, with a vinegrette dressing) or greek salad
Choice of three side dishes: vegetable medley, green beans & bacon, broccoli in cheese sauce, fruit, sliced cheeses, rice pilaff, red potatoes, or garlic mashed potatoes
Choice of two entrees: prime rib, roasted tri tip, top sirloin steak, salmon in lemon dill sauce, chicken italiano (asparagus, mushrooms, and artichokes in wine sauce), or pork chop in creole sauce.
Fresh baked bread included as well as china, linen and servers.
